To access features like trading signals, video classes, live Zoom meetings, or AI tools, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

Sagor Traders provides market signals (manual & TradingView webhooks), educational videos, and indicators. These signals are opinion-based market analyses. We do not act as a broker or financial advisor. You make all trading decisions independently at your own risk.

Access to premium packages, AI packages, or custom indicators requires payment submission through approved methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer). Payments are reviewed and accepted manually by the administration team. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon by management.

Users agree not to:

• Share, resell, or unauthorizedly distribute Sagor Traders signals, videos, or course contents.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise application security.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or submit fake payment references.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Sagor Traders and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from market trading, technical downtime, third-party Zoom/Cloudflare service disruptions, or reliance on provided signals.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
