To provide you with live trading signals, course materials, Zoom classes, and customer support, we may collect the following information:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and account profile picture provided during registration or social login (Google OAuth).
• Authentication Data: Password hashes and secure token credentials (Sanctum tokens).
• Transaction & Subscription Data: Payment request details (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Bank references) and subscription plan choices. Note: We do not store sensitive bank PINs or payment card CVV numbers.
• App Usage & Signal Analytics: Signal preferences, course progress, AI assistant chat queries, and device notification tokens.

Your data is used strictly for legitimate business and service purposes, including:

• Delivering real-time Forex, Crypto, and Binary trading signals and notifications.
• Managing course enrollments, video streaming via Cloudflare R2, and live Zoom class sessions.
• Processing subscription requests and verifying transaction receipts.
• Providing AI-assisted trading responses and image chart analyses.
• Improving application stability, security, and fraud prevention.

We integrate trusted third-party service providers to power specific app features:

• TradingView: Webhook signal triggers for real-time market data analysis.
• Zoom SDK: Facilitating live interactive trading classes within the application.
• OpenAI API: Processing AI chart assistance queries.
• Cloudflare R2: Secure video storage and fast content delivery.
• BulkSMS / Firebase / FCM: Sending OTPs and push notifications.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database storage to prevent unauthorized access. Personal data is retained only for as long as your account remains active or as required for accounting and compliance purposes.

You have the right to access, update, or request the complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly inside the app under Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account, or request deletion online via our web portal:
