Account & Data Deletion

Request permanent deletion of your Sagor Traders account and associated personal data.

In compliance with Google Play User Data Policy, users of the Sagor Traders app have full control over their personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or submit an online deletion request using the form below.

Method 1: Delete Account Inside Mobile App

You can instantly delete your account inside the mobile application at any time:

Open the Sagor Traders App and log into your account.

Navigate to Profile / Settings menu.

Tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.

Your account will be logged out and permanently removed from our system.

Method 2: Request Deletion Online

If you no longer have access to the app, submit your registered credentials here:

Data Retention & Deletion Details

What Data is Deleted:

Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone, Address, Profile photo).
Authentication credentials and active login tokens (Sanctum tokens).
Saved favorites, course progress, review ratings, and comments.

Data Retained for Accounting & Legal Compliance:

Historical transaction payment receipts (retained for tax and financial auditing as required by law for up to 180 days).

Processing Time

Online deletion requests submitted via the form are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Once processed, you will receive confirmation, and all your personal data will be purged.
